In these cases, check that the battery and charger are working properly .
For 6V and 12V products :
Check if the light on the charger glows bright red when plugged loosely into a power outlet ( not connected to the product ). If the light comes on , it indicates that the charger is working properly . If the charger light does not come on , the problem is with the charger .
Once the charger is plugged into the power outlet, connect the cable to the product to charge . The red light on the charger will turn dim or is off while charging . Once the battery is fully charged , it will turn bright red again .
If the light on the charger does not change after 12 hours , the problem must be caused by the battery .
It is also recommended to clean the switches regularly as they get dusty and therefore sometimes stop working for that reason . B lowing and cleaning them from time to time is sufficient .
For 24V products :
Plug the charger into the m ain socket. I f the green light comes on , the charger is working . Connect the charger to the battery , you will see that it change s to red. Once the battery is fully charged , the light will change to green .
